Account Manager I – North America (US & Canada)
Full-time (salary + commission; commensurate with experience)
Location: U.S.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Works under the direct guidance of company president to manage day-to-day and longer-term client relationships, including identification of new business opportunities, account reviews, contract fulfillment and resolution of customer issues.
  2. Develops strategies, plans and new ideas for client service offerings, retention and new business development, within the designated sales territory.
  3. Grows new client accounts in the territory through professional presentation of company capabilities and establishment of an ongoing, positive client prospect dialogue.
  4. Serves as primary key internal and external contact for project status and workflow updates. Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant personnel.
  5. Develops and maintains professional and cordial relations and an ongoing positive dialogue with prospects, client representatives and other Embassy Global team members to ensure a high level of professional service and positive client experience.
  6. Coordinates with client internal, agency external or other creative personnel and publications to ensure client advertising materials are created, produced and published as per requirements.
  7. Ensures corporate standards of both Embassy Global and client are upheld at all times.
  8. Offers weekly and monthly client and management status of account relationships.

SKILLS:

  1. U.S. citizenship, or appropriate work permits and immigration documents.
  2. Four-year degree and three to five years of experience (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or PR.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, French and Spanish language skills a plus.
  4. Prior technical advertising agency experience a plus, or in-house sales experience at technical companies.



Communications Specialist – North America (US & Canada)
Full-time (salary + bonus; commensurate with experience)
Location: U.S.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Edits, proofreads, fact-checks, and coordinates production of a variety of client and agency marketing communications materials.
  2. Ensures that communications are accurate, clear, and complete; correct in terms of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and editorial style; and that they maintain a consistent tone and voice.
  3. Serves as primary key internal contact to Account Manager for project status and copy related workflow updates. Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant personnel.
  4. Effectively manages multiple, concurrent client projects and priorities, keeping team informed about progress of all deliverables.
  5. Develops and maintains professional relations and an ongoing positive dialogue with client representatives and other Embassy Global team members to ensure a high level of professional service and positive client experience.
  6. Coordinates with client internal, agency external or other creative personnel and publications to ensure client marketing materials are created, produced and published as per requirements.
  7. Ensures corporate standards of both Embassy Global and Client are upheld at all times.

SKILLS:

  2. Two or four-year degree and two to three years of experience (or equivalent) in marketing, English or journalism.
